Fruits & Greens Smoothies
My husband's tastes in food are a lot like a kid's - nothing green, nothing cheesy or orange and not much dairy to speak of. I was determined to get him to at least try this smoothie that is chock full of spinach, but you'd never know it. Well, at least not from the taste of it. It is incredibly tasty and good for you. Fruits & Greens Smoothies 1 banana, cut in chunks 1. Place the banana, peaches, yogurt, apple, juice and spinach into a blender. Cover and blend until smooth, stopping frequently to push down anything stuck to the sides. Pour into glasses and serve. Written by Good Things creator, Alicat. |

That looks pretty good! Have to give it a try and see if I can add it to my breakfast rotation.
